Replace flame sensor switch as well as replaced blower motor run capacitor. After replacing the two tested out unit and make sure unit was heating up properly and was working with specifications at this time all within range change the components for downstairs unit model number ending in 6HUA
Self tapping screw was inserted into help with vibration. Took screw off so that way clients can easily change out filter left screw off.

Replaced 20x25 20x20 and 14x14 filters located throughout the house and garage FAU. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage and resistance across all safety and pressure switches, checked amperage for inducer and blower motors, checked 10uF capacitor for garage FAU, capacitor measured at 9.2/10uF, checked temperature rise, and detected zero carbon monoxide. Both thermostats checked out operational. Replaced customer supplied batteries for master bedroom thermostat. Systems are working properly in heating at this time of service.
Gave out an estimate to install three sconce lights
Our client had two sconce lights that were not working and a spot light for the bbq area that sparked. The sconce lights had an override switch for the photocell inside of a cabinet. The bbq light had a bad switch. I replaced the switch and power was restored. I also have an estimate to replace damaged landscape fixtures.

Both Heating Systems are 2019 and 2006 models located in the master closet attic, and outside on the ground. Advised client on our electrical services. Before replacing parts will need to get in contact with homeowner for payment. Tenants are living at the house at this time. Homeowner is the one that will pay for replacing parts. Replacing parts on unit ending in #CHUA model numbers ending, for downstairs unit.
I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 16x30 14x14 Filters. The system is a 2018 model located in the master closet attic. I also flushed the condensate drain. The system checked out operational at the time of the service.
Home for sale and inspection noticed casita system not cooling properly. Performed diagnostic and found equipment low on refrigerant. Recharged refrigerant system to manufacturer specifications and equipment is cooling properly at this time.

2019 Rheem 90% condensing furnace in hallway attic. Fault 57 - pressure switch open. Can hear flue condensation gurgling. Informed about flue pipes, condensing furnaces etc. pressure switch not closing fully from water blockage. Collected box has plug , drained water and no more water in flue. Cycled system 3x , turning on each time, fault code gone. Informed can have pvc exhaust remade to slope down better to prevent issue. Notes. .
Performed a final inspection on two American standard platinum split units. Check both outdoor and indoor unit and make sure everything is up to code and the same specifications. Client has a ladder on standby for inspector. Left packet with client. Systems are readyfor final inspection.
Comfort heater service on two American standard 2023 play in heat pump. Replaced filters throughout the house. Checked attic and found duct work on great shape. Checked cda for pressures and temperatures. Subcool and super heat fone. Blew out dusty electrical compartment. Flushed condensation line by condensers. Condensers located on north east side of home. Took pictures of auid numbers. No current or past alerts. Talked about zoning and send over estimate.
Upon arrival found system calling for heat, but nothing operating, upon further inspection found system reading error code E3.2 (pressure switch #1 not closing ) also found inducer draft motor, not running, verified proper voltage 120V being supplied, inducer draft motor, extremely hot to touch, verified that five micro capacitor was good, 0InWc informed client of my findings, called Howard to order part, sending over estimates for replacement of inducer motor and an annual membership.
Performed PTU on a 2006 York split system. Replaced 20x30 and 14x14 filters located throughout the house. FAU located in attic/access in master closet. Cleaned out burners furnace. Verified heating sequence of operations is working properly. Checked temperature rise. Checked capacitor for blower motor. Cleared condensation lines. Checked electrical components for condenser and found weak 60uF capacitor reading 55uF. Informed and recommended replacement. Client authorized repaired. Installed capacitor and tested system. Thermostat checked out operational. System is properly working at this time of service. Client decided to do PTU at this time.

Followed sequence of operations and checked inducer fan motor, blower motor amps and voltage, checked capacitor for blower motor, checked resistance across all safety and limit switches. Cleaned out burners furnace. Verified heating sequence of operations is working properly. Ecobee thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in heating at this time of service.
System serial number YPKF operating properly, verified refrigerant levels, (see photos) Allow system to run for 15 minutes had no issues maintained proper temperature and refrigerant levels.
Upon arrival found system in hard lockout. Verified error codes pertaining to lockout, 184 and 177.3, ran drive test at CDA = passed, Verified refrigerant levels, and pressures, verified Temperature difference at filter dryer 1°, found vapor barrier on return duct falling apart, but no loss of airflow, verified CPH was sent to 400, system is heating and operating properly now
Upon arrival found system calling for heat and system not turning on. Upon further inspection found system not turning on due to pressure switch not closing due to condensation in hoses, removed/cleared hoses and lines and tested system. System now heating and operating properly.
Comfort heater service on Lennox split system. Fau located inside master closet attic and casita. Replaced filters throughout the house. Checked all heater and safety components.
Called 2x no answer. Main issue is dust consistently covering surfaces throughout home after dusting. No leaks in ducting or reme halo or whole home air system . Lots of can lights and blown in fiberglass insulation, may need sealing in attic. Will need to get with insulation contractor to get in touch with homeowner with best solution (removing insulation, sealing attic, and reinsulating).
