Client stated new gold unit is making a humming noise when the unit is off, did not hear any noise when equipment is off. Cycled system on and all amp draws and noise levels are within normal operating standards. System is working properly. Informed client if issue returns to record a video.

The services provided include the installation of a 4 Ton 14 SEER Silver 14 Ultra Low Nox Upflow Split System and a 5 Ton 14 SEER Silver 14 Ultra Low Nox Horizontal Split System. Additionally, the installation features Honeywell smart WiFi thermostats to enhance climate control efficiency.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on 1. 2012 and 2017 American standard split system. Changed filters, cleared condensation lines. Cycled systems into cooling, checked capacitors, LRA, rla and Fla. checked refrigerant pressures, washed condenser coils. Equipment is cooling properly at this time.

Replace thermostat and tested. System is operating properly at this time.

Performed cooling maintenance on(2) 2018 American standard split surge, and 2021 American Standard heat pump for casita. Changed all filters, main home are in attic filter racks. Cleared condensation drains. Cleaned out electrical/drive compartments. Checked 1050 thermostat and zone thermostats, all working properly, reset reminders, no alerts or historied alerts. Cleaned condenser coils. Cleaned (2) garage ductless units and filters. Checked all system parameters. Systems are cooling properly at time of maintenance.. Reconnected both 1050 comfort control thermostats to Wi-Fi and they automatically reconnected with homeowner AS AIR HOME app.

Came to property per HVAC request to change breaker from 15 amp to 20 amp. Verified that wire size is only 14 gauge and only rated for 15 amps max. Customer stated that FAU breaker would trip 4 to 5 times a day during summer months. Recommended replacement of the breaker with the same amperage to try and prevent future nuisance trips as a courtesy.

Comfort ac service on (3)2022 Amana heat pump split systems. Fau located inside attic, access backyard. Replaced filters throughout the house and casita. Washed ductless unit and filters. Washed condenser coils. Checked all ac components and refrigerant levels. Blew out electrical compartment. Client stated noise issue in master bedroom when unit starts up. Cycled system twice and no noise occurred. Advised possible air flow noise due to dirty filter. Found powder room register making air noise. Advised on damper to lower air flow. Systems are properly running to manufacture specifications.

Upon arrival client informed me that when equipment comes ON its very noticeable Cycled bolt systems to cool and found that return grill has a high suction noise move blades apart a little bit reduced CPC and CPH to 350 Noise quiet down a little bit. The client know I can’t reduce airflow too much because it can cause issues/frozen evaporator coil System down a little bit check all of the registers make sure they’re all open. System is operating properly. Return grills are bar type only one return per unit both systems upflow’s in the garage.

Found Ecobee thermostat transmitting 19v to y when it is in cool mode regardless if thermostat has satisfied or not. Faulty thermostat. Advised client of findings, recommended replacing client agreed scheduled between 11-3 tomorrow to replace eco bee thermostat.

Open coil in attic and use ultra sonic leak detector. Found leak in evaporator coil. Client has proof of purchase, see picture. Sent over estimate on warranty coil. Checked charge and charge still fine after a week.

Could not connect to Wi-Fi. Put a new Kumo cloud in same thing happen could not connect to Wi-Fi.

Upon arrival, I was told that system was making a really loud humming noise Set thermostat to cool system came on blower wheel sounded like it was off-balance, removed cover and found filter completely restricted. Also found that schematic got sucked into the blower wheel making it sound like a dryer. Installed new filter cycle equipment went up to condenser checked amps and capacitor Went around the house most registers were closed. I opened them all up. System is now cooling properly. Called both numbers provided, but got no answer for either one of them. Left homeowner message. Attached is an estimate for a maintenance plan No email address

Upon arrival client stated they just got into town and both thermostats are blank. Removed thermostats and checked for proper voltage. Found both units had proper voltage. Put thermostat back on and cycled systems. Tried multiple times to connect to internet however failed. Was able to connect to wifi 5g on phone wifi however wouldn’t work on not 5g. Advised on possible power outage or flicker. Highly recommend whole house surge protection.

Return and checked system once it was defrosted. Found system low two pounds of refrigerant. Added charge. Advised client system shouldn’t have to add refrigerant. Advised on possible leak. Advised on possible leak from schrader valve. Advised will send quotes on the two systems.
