Frank has been a part of the Hydes team for over 3 years, however, he’s been in the HVAC business for about eight years. The Desert Hot Springs native has spent 13 years in the desert and puts his NATE certification to good use by providing customers with innovative recommendations to increase their comfort and prolong their air conditioner’s life expectancy. Although he’s eager to help valley families with their air conditioners, he loves to spend time with his family during his time off. His main goal is to make sure customers are happy by providing great service to them.

Frank showed up on time. He is very personable and seems very knowledgeable about anything to do with heating and air conditioning. I am going to request Frank every time our house needs servicing. He checked out my furnaces (a/c units in March). Thank you Hyde's, you live up to your reputation.

I had the pleasure of having technician Frank Velarde with Hydes Air conditioning come to my home on a service call. frank has been to my home many times over the past 12 years. He has always been honest with me and very professional when explaining any issues that I was having with my HVAC. Today was no different, always pleasant to greet me and get right to the job. After several tests he determined what the problem was but was also very helpful to point out a govenment program that is currently available that I might want to look into to implrove my current HVAC.
