Krissy is a recent addition to the company’s Customer Service Representative team, earning her level 1 training certification in customer service and currently working on level 2 certification. The Palm Desert native assists customers with their HVAC needs and coordinates all aspects of the installation process. She has lived in the valley for over 20 years. She advises the energy efficient customers to “get tune-ups done on a regular basis can help your energy use by up to 10 percent or more each year.” When she’s not helping customers, she cooks and spends time with her friends and family.
