Taylor, son of Mark Hyde, has been working at the company for 10 years. He grew up in the desert and graduated from Palm Desert High School. He enjoys working alongside his family on a daily basis and learning from their experience. When Taylor is not servicing air conditioners, he spends his time attending sporting events. His favorite teams include: Anaheim Ducks, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and Los Angeles Lakers. On the weekends, he serves on the video team at church. He would like to remind customers to “always have your unit checked and serviced twice a year.”

I also flushed the condensate drain. I also found that the Air Scrubber Bulb and cell were no good. I recommend and replaced bulb and cell and tested. Bulb and cell are operational. I also advised client about the extended labor warranty options. System was installed on May 10th 2023. Sent client estimate options. The system checked out operational at the time of the service.

I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 20x30 filter. The system is a 2016 4 ton American Standard Package Unit. While performing maintenance service, I found that nothing was running. Upon further inspection I found that the circuit breaker was tripped. I reset breaker and checked capacitors and checked all electrical connections. Tried to reset breaker and breaker tripped again. I took compressor out of the AC circuit and breaker did not trip when unit ran. Diagnosed bad compressor. Advised client that compressor is under part warranty, but not labor. Client is going home for the holiday season and won’t be back til January. The Heating System checked out operational at the time of the service.
