Barry did a great job in explaining all what type of hvac unit made the most sense in a straight forward nonsense way that I appreciate.
Very Informative and thorough.
All the workmen were very neat and caring. Everything was installed as quick as you would want it, but felt it was do right. It's nice doing business with a 1st class company. I highly recommend them and will continue having them service my units for years to come.

Luis and his crew were on time, prepared and handled the complicated install of our Generac generator perfectly.
Barry came by today to explain options and benefits of replacement systems. There was no “hard selling” tactics, just plain expert conversation in a very casual atmosphere, which I appreciated. The Hyde family’s professionalism, care, honesty, and do the right thing attitude is why I do business with them. You should too.

Hyde’s own Barry Hyde spent a good deal of time over the Thanksgiving NG holiday period tracking me down to fulfill a promise made to a customer . Its the stuff that makes Hyde’s the great company it is .
Barry is one of the most knowledgeable techs I have had do service work for me- took time to explain a repair need and determine which solution was best for our needs.
Both frank and Barry were delightful and I look forward to working with you when we get this all figured out.
Barry made the entire process very simple and covered all the bases.
Supposed to be here at 10am. Still wasn’t here at 2pm, when I checked later he apparently had come and gone!!! I still do now know what the issue was with my new A/C unit! I would like to know as I don’t relish buying a lemon!!!! Please explain!

Barry had a matter of fact approach. This is not brain surgery! This is what we do! We’ve been doing it for 50 years. This is what you need, this is what I recommend and this is the price. All friendly business talk no bull.

Both Barry and the technician Alex were very helpful. Alex was expecting a simple maintenance service, but ended up with repair - he took care of problem and got my AC unit running. I am very appreciative of that. Excellent service.
