Error code was pressured transducer limit switch again. System is now operating, but I explained to client that if unit fails, we will need to replace sensor.
Cycled system several times and each time unit would operate properly. Removed and cleaned igniter and all sensors.
Performed annual heater maintenance on FAU located inside garage. Change 16 x 25 filter located in furnace cabinet. Checked amps, volts, capacitor and clean burner compartment. Checked gas and static pressures. Also check temperature rise and all safety switches. Found all electrical and safety components to be within manufactured specifications. System is operating and heating properly at time of service.
Heater maintenance on five systems. FAU located in attic garage and outside closet. Changed filters located in ceiling and filter racks. Checked amps, volts, capacitors and clean burner compartment. I called client no answer. Rooms in the home being 2° warmer/cooler is normal.

HVAC Repairs: A heat pump was producing inaccurate temperature readings. I calibrated its sensors to ensure precise control, optimizing the system's efficiency and performance.
Heating System Repair: A malfunctioning thermostat caused temperature fluctuations in a homeowner's heating system. I replaced the thermostat with a programmable model and calibrated it to ensure accurate temperature control, enhancing comfort and energy efficiency.
Upon arrival, found system calling for heat, but unit not responding. Bypass thermostat and system would still not respond. Turn fan only on and blower motor would operate. Installed new thermostat and system condenser would come on run for a while and shut off checked continuity between pressure switch and continuity was present. I will need to return to further diagnose system and check refrigerant levels.
Upon arrival, found thermostat blank. With further inspection, I discovered systems high limit switch was tripped. Installed new limit switch that was left by previous company and cycled system. System is now operating properly.

Upon arrival, turned system onto heat, but only blower motor would operate. With further inspection I discovered system has a faulty control board at the condensing unit. Board will need to be ordered from AC pro. I will call AC Pro tomorrow to see if they are open if not board will be ordered on Monday.
