James was able to get the HVAC up and running in about an hour. I was worried that it would cost much more than it did and take multiple trips to resolve. However, James resolved the issue on the initial visit and our HVAC system is back up and running!!

Office will call and get client put on schedule so supply house confirmed parts arrived today
On arrival turn system on but only condenser fan and blower motor would operate. With further inspection I discovered system had a faulty. Dual run capacitor. Installed new 35/5 micro capacitor and cycled system. System will now operate and heat properly. Client is going to call office and pay over the phone.
Performed annual heater maintenance on FAU with heat strip. Checked amps, volt and capacitor. check blower motor and coil for cleanliness. Cycled system from thermostat. Thermostat is operational. System is operating and heating properly.
Performed annual heater maintenance on 2003 carrier split system FAU located in upstairs closet. 16 x 25 x 4 filter did not need to be changed. Checked amps, volts, capacitor and cleaned electrical/burner compartment. Checked gas and static pressures also checked temperature rise and all safety switches. Cycle system from thermostat. Thermostat is operational. Found all electrical and safety components to be within manufacturer specifications. System is operating and heating properly at time of service.
Called and spoke with client explained to her that electrical department will go out and provide estimate to run new wire from condensing unit to indoor head
The system shows Rust signs from past clogged drain. Poured cups of water down condensation drain line condensation drain pan also flush condensation line. Condensation line and drain pan are both draining properly at this time. Client to call in credit card payment.
Install new Honeywell 8000 thermostat and equipment interface module

Adjust gas pressure on ultra low Nox furnace
We are going to on installing circuit board due to parts for equipment being obsolete. I will get with management and supply house to put together an estimate for system replacement.
Installed new circuit board and before applying power to new circuit board, I checked all high voltage wires to ground and wires coming from condensing unit to mini split head located in bedroom will need to be replaced. Faulty wires could be the possible causes of circuit board failure. I will get with electrical department For estimate to run new wire underground, and through conduit.
Upon arrival, turn bedroom unit on heat unit would operate all but the blower motor. But further inspection I discovered system has a faulty capacitor. Installed 15 micro capacitor to test system and system operated properly. Spoke with client and she gave approval for repair. call client son to see if he wanted to use credit card on file. No answer. Wanda would like a paper invoice and then she will mail in a check.
Performed annual heater maintenance on American standard 90% furnace located in outside closet. Changed 20 x 25 by one filter. Filter rack. Checked amps, volts, capacitor for inducer draft motor and all safety switches. Checked gas and static pressures. Also check temperature rise and clean burner compartment. Recommend water safety switch and air scrubber UV bulb replacement. Emailed estimate for both.
Performed annual heater maintenance on carrier furnace located inside attic. Attic access located inside master bedroom closet. Changed 14 x 24 and 20 x 30 filters. Checked amps, volts, capacitor and clean burner compartment. Checked gas and static pressures also checked temperature rise, and all safety switches. Cycled system from nest thermostat. Thermostat is operational. Found all electrical and safety components to be within manufactured specifications. System is operating and heating properly at time of service.
Upon arrival, client stated he attempted to change the thermostat and it would not work. With further inspection, I discovered system had a blown fuse. Replaced fuse and reinstalled Honeywell 8000 thermostat. Cycled system and made sure equipment module and wireless condenser module were both connected. System is operating properly.
Upon arrival, found bedroom unit thermostat blank. Reboot thermostat and thermostat is now operating.
Supply house received the wrong circuit board. They are going to try to find correct board. If circuit board cannot be found due to systems age and parts for unit being obsolete. The only option would be to replace mini split. emailed estimate for mini split replacement if board cannot be found.
