Everything went smoothly. Right on time!
Very quick analysis and repair
Upon arrival, client stated kitchen unit began to operate and so did upstairs unit only unit still not working is guest bedroom. Turn system onto cool but only blower motor would operate. Discovered system was completely flat on refrigerant. I will need to return to perform pressurized leak check.
Installed new blower motor and test systems operation. System is now operating and cooling properly
Installed new dome center, suction line, pressure sensor and suction line temperature sensor. System is now operating properly. Client is upset and said she is going to have her husband addressed this. I explained to client the best thing she could do is call and speak to a management in the morning.
Upon arrival found master bedroom, nest thermostat blank. With further inspection, I discovered system had a blown fuse at rooftop package unit. Installed new fuse and cycled system in heat and cool mode. System is now operating properly.
Upon arrival, turned master bedroom unit onto cool but only blower motor and condenser fan would operate. With further inspection I discovered system had a faulty. Dual run capacitor. Installed new capacitor and cycled system. Also checked refrigerant levels. System is now operating and cooling properly. Left Hyde family comfort club brochure with client.
Installed condenser fan motor on unit #PF2F And install capacitor on unit ED2F. performed an AC maintenance on three split systems FAU located in garage and Casita attic. Changed two 20 x 25 and one 20 x 30 filter. Checked amps, volts, capacitor, start kit and cleaned electrical compartment. Check, refrigerant levels, super heat, sub and temperature. Installed two ecobee3 thermostat connect thermostats to Wi-Fi and clients phone. All three systems are now operating and cooling properly.

Installed wireless condenser module with transformer and connected module to Honeywell 8000 thermostat. System is now operating properly.
Upon arrival, client explained that blower motor operates but nothing at the condenser does. With further inspection I discovered system had a faulty. Dual run capacitor. Installed new capacitor and test system. System is now operating properly. Spoke with client about comfort club and left brochure.
Upon arrival, turn system onto cool, but only blower motor and condenser fan would operate compressor would not. With further inspection I discovered system had a weak run capacitor. Installed new capacitor and compressor still would not start. Temporary installed start capacitor and compressor would operate. Removed start capacitor and install installed original weak capacitor. System is now operating, but may run the risk of damaging the compressor or the compressor not starting again without new capacitor and start kit. Client is talking to warranty company.
Performed annual easily maintenance on 2015 split system. Changed 10 x 30 filter. Checked amps, volts, capacitor and cleaned electrical compartment. Check refrigerant levels, superheat, subcool, and temperature split. Cleared line and clean coil. Informed client that the dual run capacitor is weak and should be replaced. Clients are going to go with home warranty. Found all other electrical components in refrigerator levels to be within manufacture specifications. System is cooling at this time.
Sensor has been ordered from Howard. There is no expected timeframe. Supply house will ship sensors to us as soon as they have them PO number 222030069 –101. spoke with client. Client is extremely upset that since this unit was installed, it has had issues. I will relay message to management.
System is operating properly. Client was confused when she woke up on Saturday and it was 70° in her home. Client’s thermostat is following a seven day schedule. Client thought Saturday and Sunday were set for different times and temperatures.
Office to schedule blower motor install. Sigler still has motor.
We will need to return to replace quick swap V3 module under warranty
Unfortunately, for this system, the gas valve is obsolete. Due to the systems age and condition I would recommend replacement or client could use the AC but not have heat from that system.
Upon arrival, master bedroom unit was short cycling due to low refrigerant. Charge system back to manufactured specifications using 5 pounds of refrigerant. Emailed options for leak search.
Called client, but had bad reception and could not hear him. Text client explaining to him what would be under warranty.
Upon arrival, turn system to cool but only condenser fan motor and blower motor would operate compressor would just try to start. Checked capacitor capacitor was good. Installed new start kit. System is now operating and cooling properly.
Upon arrival, turn system onto cool but compressor will not operate. With further inspection I discovered system had a faulty capacitor. Installed 70 µm capacitor and cycled system. Also checked temperature. System is now operating and cooling properly
Upon arrival bedroom unit calling for a cold, but only blower motor would operate. Inspection discovered low-voltage wires at condensing unit were not receiving 24 V. Ran temporary thermostat wire and unit operates proper. We will return tomorrow with wireless condenser module.
Checked all error codes. System will need a new dome sensor and suction line sensor. Followed recommended diagnostic procedures, and both sensors are faulty.
Upon arrival system had a hard lockout due to LOSPCO. Low pressure. Cleared air at CDA and check refrigerant levels. Refrigerant levels are within manufactured specifications. System has proper superheat and sub cool also line pressures. System is cooling at this time.
Is operating properly at this time. Circuitboard has been ordered from Howard and will be delivered next time they come out
Performed annual AC maintenance on two American standard split systems and one split heat pump. Air handler located in bathroom closet FAU located inside attic. Changed three 14 x 24 and one 20 x 24 filter. Checked amps, volts, capacitor and start kit also cleaned electrical compartment. Checked refrigerant levels, superheat, subcool and temperature split. Cleared lines and washed coils. Installed new capacitors on two system systems. Cycle system from thermostat. Thermostats are operational. Found all other electrical components and refrigerant levels to be within manufactured specifications. All three systems are operating and cooling properly at customer service.
