For this job, I did an maintenance on a 22 KW Generac generator changing the oil changing oil filter, changing spark plugs, clean out the air filter and checking the battery
Ran a new circuit for a tankless water heater. Installed a 60 amp breaker inside the main panel and ran 60 ft of 6-3 through the attic all the way into the laundry room where the tankless water heater is at. We hardwired the tankless water heater. The attic space for this home is very tight. While crawling in the attic, some tiny cracks were made in the drywall in the kitchen area. Our client said it was okay and that he would have his restoration company fix it. We also replaced 4 fans throughout the home.
