Comfort heater service on 2004 York furnace with 2018 micro channel condenser. Fau located inside hallway attic. Replaced filters throughout the house. Checked all heater and safety components. Blower capacitor within range. Flushed condensation line. Client stated previous tech in the summer added refrigerant. Rechecked charge and found system low. Advised client system has a leak. Advised client on steps on leak searches. Sent over estimate on first step of leak search

Performed a heating maintenance on a split system platinum unit. Return back with pressure switch, after replacing pressure switch system turned it on and started heating of the house properly system was reaching temperatures of 119 and rising waited 10 minutes after installing to make sure system continue to heat up the house properly. At this time always was in range and system is heating up the house properly at this time Before arriving. House was at 70 after leaving House was at 77.

Found that circuit board is missing personality module and confirmed with manufacturer that this unit requires that. They have it in stock will return to in stall. Returned installed personality, module, and programmed furnace via Bluetooth off the cool cloud app tested heat system is working properly at this time

I cleaned washable filters for Ductless unit for garage and cleaned condenser coils. Also tested ductless unit in Heating. System is working properly.

Also noticed platform has a wet spot with further investigation found filtration system for humidifier has a leak., Inform client of findings, Will follow up with management on.

Replaced compressor for casita #GF4F. When I opens suction line port at compressor found metal debris about 1 centimeter inside port, found same issue with last compressor change out on same system. Used nitrogen and blew out suction and liquid line from ports. Brazed in new compressor, pressure tested for 15, pulled deep vacuum. Then charged slowly , liquid into liquid port. Per JB, added about 60-70% charge (4lbs 10oz) and tested system in cooling, 20 degree split. Let compressor rest for 5 minutes then tested in heating, 28 split. Amp draw to specifications, pressures within specs. Replaced 15-15 square D breaker (exact match) for good measure . Recommended Hyde’s extended labor warranty by 8/7/25.
