Equipment functioned within manufacturer specifications on the heating side of the unit. Hermedic capacitor measured extremely low (17 out of 45 microfarad). What this translates to is that tenet may lose cooling capability at any given moment. Estimate sent for repair.

I Performed Maintenance on both the Heating Systems. Also replaced 3) 20x30 and 16x30 Filters. Both Heating Systems are 2006 models located in the master closet attic. I also flushed both the condensate drains. Both the Heating Systems checked out operational at the time of the service.

Did find evidence of Contactor pitting and advised client of findings . Replaced contactor preventative because client is not full time here and does not want it runn8ng while they are away. Replaced Contactor and tested. System is operating properly at this time.
