Same issue tripped breaker and other issues in home client declined any services at this time

2004 model R22,,,,220 v heat pump upon arrival system was off turn system on compressor over heating cool down compressor to test unit after further inspection found unit very low do to refrigerate leak and possible restriction do to compressor keeps overheating try to call H/O no answer sent estimate to replace unit,

Upon arrival client stated heater not working. Previous tech noted noise on fan relay. Found systems pilot light out. Lite pilot light and cycled system. System has rescue motor that runs for 5 minutes after system reached desired temperature. System properly running. Advised light went out due to ac install and installer forgot to relight.

System for conference room is three systems on one thermostat located by kitchen. Systems thermostat is wired to be turned on with switch under the thermostat. Fau located one in north outside closet and the other two in south closet. Main furnace is in north closet. Condensers kick on first s-4c5f then thirty seconds later s-kx5f then thirty second later s-565f. Wired system so that the switch would kill r wire on circuit board to thermostat. Thermostat is set to 76 degrees in heating for winter time so when they turn the switch the heater would kick on and once the timer is done the heat would kick off.

Upon arrival client stated heater not working only blower running, there is no board, it goes through a relay. When calling for heating at the thermostat only blower runs and relay makes loud chatter, turn off system through thermostat and blower continuously runs, only way to turn off blower is by turning FAU breaker off, informed client need to replace relay and go from there. Will call supply store for part and follow up with client.

Tried to call client and went straight to voicemail and then stated voicemail full/not set up so couldn’t leave message. Wireless thermostat cannot be connected to switch. Need to either run new thermostat wire or move switch/thermostat to west side of room next to furnace closet.

Found Honeywell RTH221B calling for heat and setpoint(78) above indoor temp (73) with no loads running. Tested fan on and no airflow. Outdoor Coleman style furnace in outside closet with proper high and low voltage at board but found 3 amp fuse popped. Homeowner son recently installed thermostat. Replaced fuse and tested system. Fan on works, heating sequence of operations was performed properly. Checked thermostat wiring snd furnace wiring and no bare wires , run through each function (fan, cool, heat) and fuse not popping. Recommended Hyde’s maintenance plan for 15% savings as well as 2x tune ups per year with other member benefits to keep system working properly and avoid breakdowns. Homeowner declined at this time. Gave three business magnets/pamphlets per request. Paid by check. Homeowner happy with service/Hydes. Homeowner does not use email.

Worked on GFI in the garage and replaced it also removed a ceiling fan did not put the fan up because the box needs to be replaced with a fan brace box in the laundry and put a weatherproof bubble cover on the outside backyard

Upon arrival client stated system not turning on. Found bad thermostat. Installed thermostat and cycled system. Found system completely flat on refrigerant. Need to send over replacement estimate.

Need to speak with management on solutions for club house wireless thermostat. Will call client after speaking to management

Could not access FAU at this time, client to call back and schedule winter maintenance when we have access to FAU.

Upon arrival client stated they have not turned on system in 11 years and are selling home. Client was not sure if equipment was working and wanted a PTU. Cycled system in cooling and nothing came on. Noticed blower motor was and a “add a wire kit” was added. Found FAU getting 0V between R&C. Disconnected bundle of R wire and found thermostat R wire clipped, stripped wire and reconnected. Both blower and condenser kicked on for less than a minute then shut off. Informed client will need to return for a repair call as this is not a maintenance visit. Client to call and schedule repair.
