Performed annual heating maintenance on 2) 2024 American Standard Platinum Heat Pumps. FAUs located in attic/access in hallway ceiling. Replaced 20x30 and 2) 20x20 filters located throughout the house. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, temperature rise, Freon levels, found no error codes on CDA, and cleared condensation lines from outside termination. Everything checked out in range. Both 1050 thermostats checked out operational. Both systems are properly working in heating at this time of service.

Installed a 4 Ton 14 SEER Silver 14 Ultra Low Nox Upflow Split System.

Performed annual heating maintenance on a 2014 American Standard split system. Replaced 20x30 filter located in hallway ceiling. FAU located in attic/access in hallway ceiling. Checked temperature rise. Checked voltage across all rollouts and limit switches. Checked blower and inducer motor amps. Verified heating sequence of operations is working properly according to manufacturer specifications. Detected zero carbon monoxide. Checked gas pressures. Everything checked out in range. Reset filter reminder for Honeywell 8000 thermostat. Thermostat checked out okay. System is working properly in heating at this time of service.

Performed annual heating maintenance and prepared 2024 American Standard Platinum Heat Pump for inspection. Dropped off permit. Client stated he washed filter prior to arrival. FAU located in garage. Cleared condensation line from jones valve and checked water safety switch for proper operation. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, temperature rise, Freon levels, and found no error codes on CDA. 1050 thermostat checked out operational. System is properly working in heating at this time of service.

2012 model upon arrival found veritable speed blower motor seized up we will be replacing unit on monday

Circuit board was not needed. Diagnosed inoperative disc limit switch. First thing in the morning, I will check the parts house to see if there is a limit switch available. Client signed estimate for new thermostat and renewed club membership. Maintenance will be complete once repairs are made and thermostat is installed.

Diagnosed no heat on gas furnace equipment: blower fan constantly running -- Isolated thermostat and thermostat wire with blower still running. Isolated ECM motor from speed wires and blower motor stopped running. Fan relay on circuit board with pitted contacts welded shut. Quoted estimate for new circuit board -- client signed. Parts house have it in stock and will request to come back later on today to do repair.

Performed a heating maintenance on a 2021 American Standard ultra Lonox, but system unit located inside garage access. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and temperature rise. Also cleaned out condensation line and changed out. Customer supply filter at this time. All is within manufacture, specifications, and system is heating up the house properly at this time

Put jumper wire between Y and W for heat pump to operate proper

Installed 3.5 Ton 14 SEER Upflow Split Heat Pump.

Same issue tripped breaker and other issues in home client declined any services at this time
