I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 20x25 filter at FAU in the attic. I also flushed the condensate drain. The system is a 2020 Rheem model located in the master closet attic. I also checked Air Scrubber and scrubber is working properly. The system checked out operational at the time of the service.

Wi-Fi for mini split not connecting advised is unrelated to any previous work done. Mini split is still operating in manual mode. Client ok with running in manual mode

Installed Honeywell S200 Wi-Fi thermostat. Configured for 2 stage heat pump. Connected to Wi-Fi and homeowner app. Tested system out after and it’s working properly as well as app.

Executed a cooling maintenance on two split systems (technician notes). Refrigerant circuit diagnostic – good. Temperature split 30°/30°. Running capacitors – good. Starting capacitor on #9054 was measuring 0.0 uf. Replaced starting capacitor – client paid via C. C. Running and starting amperage measured within manufacture specifications on all motors. Replaced filters and washed condenser coils. Both systems are cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Performed annual heater maintenance on 2014 American standard platinum split system FAU located inside garage. Left 20 x 30 filter with client. Check thermostat and CDA at furnace for any error or fault codes. No faults were present. Checked gas and static pressures. Also check temperature rise and all safety switches. Also checked pressure drop across the coil. Cycle system from American standard 1050 thermostat. Thermostat is operational. Found all electrical and safety components to be within manufactured specifications. System is operating and heating properly at

Made necessary repairs to reversing valve. Checked refrigerant levels and temperature split.System is now operating properly.

Upon arrival 1050 thermostat was blank. Slapped screen several times to reveal display. Cycled system in heating to ensure proper function. Trip charge – paid via C.C.

Upon arrival bedroom thermostat blank for serial # 345L after further inspection found 240 goint inn but no 240 coming out by pass disconnect box advice client about replacing disconnect box sent estimate also sent estimate to preform electrical tune up

For this job, there was a switch in the office area that was not working a dimmer switch replaced with a diva dimmer switch white in color And also gave estimate on two smoke / c/o detectors for each sleeping area

Performed annual AC maintenance on two 2015 American Standard platinum split systems FAU located inside garage. Changed two 20 x 25 filters located in furnace cabinet. Check thermostat for any fault code. Bedroom unit had hard lockout. Corrected fault code and cleared CDA. Checked both CDA for systems operation line, pressures, temperatures, and amps. Both systems are now operating and cooling properly.

Upon arrival found the switch that controls, the outdoor fan is a wireless unit pulled the switch out of the wall, found that it was not connected hard wired battery was bad in control unit replaced it with new battery

Performed a semi annual heating service on two American roof rooftop package unit units. Replaced Lake standard filters throughout the house. Cycle equipment followed, heating sequence of operation. Check into order, blower motor, heating safety sensors, amps and voltage. Both thermostats checked out OK. Cleared condensation lines. Both heating systems checked out operational at this visit.

Perform the maintenance on a newly installed mini split. Check sequence of operations by checking out electrical components on outdoor unit as well as make sure proper airflow and temp rise was coming from inside unit finish maintenance by changing out filters. All is within range at this time.

Installed 5 Ton American Standard Platinum 18 POV Horizontal Split Heat Pump System.

Comfort heater service on (2)2020 American standard heat pumps. Air handler located inside hallway attic, condensers on north side of home. Replaced filters throughout the house. Checked all components and blew out electrical compartments. Found icing at condenser on living area system s-1W4F. Cycled cooling and found system low on refrigerant. Added one pound of r410a. System is properly running
