Secure door switch

Performed annual heater maintenance on two carrier split systems with cassette mini split heads. Washed washable filter and changed three 14 x 24 filters. Checked amps, volts and cleaned electrical compartment. Checked temperature split and insured. All wires were tight and secure. Kitchen/living room cassette is making a whistling noise. I will speak with management to get a price to pull blower motor to clean fan and blower motor. Found all electrical and refrigerant levels to be within manufactured specifications. Both systems are operating and heating properly at Thomas service.

Installed new EEV board and cycled system in heat and cool. System is now operating properly.

Upon arrival client stated thermostat by front door that serves the east side of home s-WF1F not working. Found error codes communicating issue with indoor acu cleaner and outdoor unit. Found 4 volts dc at condenser. Checked attic and found 4 volts at connections. Removed acu clean from communication. System now has 12 volts dc. Removed device from communicating devices on thermostat and tested.

Executed a heating maintenance on a gas package unit. Replaced filter and cleaned burner compartment. No carbon monoxide was detected in the home. Equipment executed sequence of operation in heating. Inducer motor/capacitor – good. Static pressure/blower motor amp draw Was measured in documented. System is heating the home at the time of maintenance.

Executed a cooling maintenance on outdoor unit #HBCF. Wash down condenser coil and replaced filters. Capacitors checked good as well as running and starting amperage. Rewired compressor saver kit for proper function. 20° temperature split. Unable to perform maintenance on unit #TJF7. Error code had one blinking light in heating and two blinking lights in heating. Manufacturer recommends checking outdoor inverter PC board, compressor or stop valve. Also thermistor may have poor contact or maybe disconnected from its connector. Client will call office to set up a service appointment. Unable to diagnose due to time issues.
