Upon arrival client stated living area system not cooling and has a error code. Found error code e434 on Lennox communicating system stating communication issue. Found system has bypass its wireless communication hub. Other system has the hub. Checked indoor and outdoor unit. Reset system and systems error code went away. Cycled system and plugged in uv light. Advised client on missing communication hub. Advised I reset system and system is cooling however didn’t find why the issue occur in the first place. Advised will contact Lennox support for more information.

Estimate to install condenser fan motor. Ordered motor and motor coming in on Tuesday. Installed oem condenser fan motor on Heil unit. System properly running.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a new reinstalled American Standard split system unit. Check sequence of operation by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels at this time. System is cooling down the house properly upon arrival. House was at 78° before leaving house was reaching temps of 74° also downsize 20 amp breaker to an 15 amp breaker. See pictures system is ready for final inspection as well as system is cooling down the house properly.

Upon arrival client stated bedroom system not working. Condenser installed two years ago. Found dual run capacitor dead. Replaced capacitor and tested. Checked both systems to make sure they are cooling.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a Lennox split system unit. System is about six years old, checked all electrical and refrigeration levels run capacitor rated for 70 was getting 64 informed clients that run capacitor is in danger of going out. Explain the reasons why recommending replacing today. Client will hold off on replacing. Will send estimate via email refrigeration levels at this time or within the range and system is cooling down the house to very low temperatures. Finish maintenance by washing down condenser unit and by changing out filters.

Performed cooling maintenances on (4) 2016 American standard split systems and ac pro split for garage. Changed customer supplied (2) Aprilaire filters , (2) 24x25, cleaned (2) washables and left with furnace closet for spare use as she already purchased (2) filters, and changed 20x25 garage furnace filter. Cleared condensation drains, cleaned condenser coils. Checked amps, volts, capacitors, refrigerant charges, and temperature splits. All systems are cooling to manufacture specifications. (5) Honeywell T6 thermostats working properly. Recommended surge protection to prevent damage to Air conditioners from surges or electrical spikes, etc. Also recommend adding hard start kits to all systems as they are pulling over max rated start amps (LRA). Adding hard start kits reduces the strain and wear on compressor motors during every startup. These allow smoother startups and can prolong the lives of the compressors (most expensive and important part of systems) .

Performed a cooling maintenance on two 2021 platinum units. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels at this time. Both systems are cooling down the house properly. All electrical and refrigeration levels are within range no errors or alerts at this time finish maintenance by washing down both condenser units and by changing out filters.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2019 American Standard split system unit check sequence of operations, by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels. As shown in pictures of this time, system is cooling down the house properly checked water pump, as well as changed that filter finish maintenance by washing down condenser.

Perform a cooling maintenance on two 2004R 22 systems. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels. Client is more than aware of age and condition of units and will in the future will replace at this time. Both systems are cooling down the house to 70°. All electrical components were changed out within the last two years such as run capacitor and fan motor capacitor informed clients that both compressors are running very hot. And as a cute rises, compressors will struggle to keep on all day finish maintenance by washing down full condenser unit and by blowing out condensation line.

Upon arrival started at the electrical panel and reset all breakers Customer advised me that multiple areas were off. I checked all areas everything was on except for the outside plugs which there was a GFI that was bad so I replaced it. The GFI was located at the front entry.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2018 American Standard Platinum 5ton split system and a 2024 American Standard Silver 4ton split system. Upflow FAUs located in hallway closet and garage. Replaced customer supplied media filter in filter rack and 2) 20x30 filters. Cleared condensation lines from jones valves. Condensers located in opposite sides of the home. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, temperature splits, Freon levels, found no error codes for Platinum unit, and rinsed condenser coils. Everything checked out in range. Both thermostats checked out operational. Both systems are working properly in cooling at this time of service.

Air Conditioning System Repairs: Diagnosed a non-cooling AC unit and traced the issue to a faulty compressor. Replaced the damaged component, restoring optimal performance and cooling efficiency.

Upon arrival client living area blowing ambient air. Found outdoor unit fan motor running however compressor wasn’t. Found weak dual run capacitor on compressor side. Replaced capacitor and checked charge. System is properly running. Recommend maintenance program. Client to think about it and call office if he decides.

Found issue is bad fan motor. Went to replace motor and found out it’s a specialty motor

Upon arrival client stated system still having the same issue as the last two days. Found living area blown low voltage fuse. Put on fuse popper and cycled system. Once cooling kicks on fuse popped. Advised client on good news that the intermittent issue is occurring while the tech was there. Found system works in heat. Found fuse blown in cooling. Found bad o wire as well as a wire not connected to anything has 24 volts. Ran new low voltage wire from air handler onto roof and to condenser. Cycled system and system is cooling. Advised client we had ran a new wire on the roof but spliced onto old wire that goes from roof to attic air handler. Advised issue was in the old wire most likely due to rats chewing. System is properly running.

Upon arrival client stated noise coming from the condenser. Stated every five minutes loud noise would occur. Cycled system and checked refrigerant charge, capacitor and all amps. Found everything within manufacture specifications. Advised either fan motor or compressor making the noise however if noise doesn’t occur and unit is within specifications we cannot tell. Signed up on yearly agreement. Advised if noise occurs check to see if it’s coming from the top or bottom of the unit. 1/4 825

Upon arrival client stated living area system not cooling. Found outdoor unit Goodman 2016 model off of three flash code. Cycled system and found fan motor not running due to failed capacitor. Replaced capacitor and reset code. Cycled system and checked charge. Signed up on yearly agreement. System is properly running.

Unit SN: 1103177361. Goodman Upon arrival, client informed me that system wasn’t cooling properly With further investigation found system slightly low on refrigerant R410A. Added 2 pounds just to get client by for the next couple of days/ Client is in the process of replacing both systems Client is aware we don’t guarantee refrigerant System is cooling at this time

Traced low-voltage wiring from condenser and from thermostat to make sure that they weren’t grounded or rubbing with each other Replaced contactor and replaced low-voltage fuse System is cooling at this time

Roof access is by the north end of cheese cake factory. Double great doors and it’s the door to the right that says bathroom. End of hallway is roof access. Upon arrival client stated lobby not cooling. Focus 8000 set to 71 and reading 74. Focus 8000 thermostat goes to split system. Found no power to condenser. Checked breaker panel in back room and found sub panel tripped. Reset breaker and system kicked on. Couldn’t find why breaker tripped. System is cooling.

Ref: condenser S/N—RRJF replace condenser fan motor with MOT 19412—-see invoice summary/debrief on 04–0 8–20 25—-motor was able to communicate with the system. This system is an older platinum system. Tuesday stage cooling two compressors —-Motor is up and running —-supply temp good—-
