Our heating & A/C system was at the end of it's expected life. We had called for a service to get the A/C working and Johnathon did so. He was very thorough and gave us all details regarding future maintenance vs. installation of a new system. We felt very comfortable with the way the facts were presented to us & we concluded the best idea was to replace an aging system that appeared to need continued maintenance & or repair. Hyde's has been consistently on time, professional, price competitive & trustworthy. That's all you can expect a service provider to do!

Needed to replace entire HVAC system. 20+ years old. Excellent customer service. Generally go with one less than top of the line. This was one exception. All 3 options/cost thoroughly explained. Having lived in the desert all my life always choose the best HVAC system as this is a long term investment. Jose, Luis, Adrian, and Johnny arrived promptly at 9 and replaced two compressors, two air handlers, and two coils in under 5 hours. Big job in a hot attic. Thanks for the excellent service.

Good service. Fast, pointed out improvements. Friendly; however , in the past 10 years that I have been using Hydes they always go in the attic to check the unit up there but this time they didn't. What if there was a leak up there or other problem?
I walked over to one of the thermostats on our new HVAC system and when I touched it I got a shock and the thermostat screen faded to blank. I had no control over our system and it was New Year's Eve. Called Hyde's. Bryan returned my call and proceeded to walk me through getting the system back up again. He was very patient and explained everything carefully. We were successful. That was excellent service.
The install crew arrived on time, was courteous and explained what had to be done. Jesus clearly answered all of the questions I had about the install process. The old unit was much smaller, so replacing it with the new larger unit was a bit of a challenge. They even found a kink in the old refrigerant line and repaired that. The work was professionally done, completed and the work area cleaned up. Very satisfied with the workmanship and the new unit. It was a pleasure dealing with a professional and courteous work crew, and sales people, who kept in contact with me through the whole process. Would recommend them to family and friends.

Chris is excellent technician, he explained how the Mitsubishi split system remote works. The icons are extremely small, so to operate the unit properly you need to know all the icons. He was patience and thorough.
